Front Toe - measured with alloy discs and kart on stand/trolley 1) Dry track - 1.5mm toe out 2) Wet track - 8mm toe out 3) Monsoon - 15mm toe out Chassis Height Adjustment 1) For more grip raise chassis height 2) For less grip lower chassis height Seat Height 1) Raise seat/driver for more grip 2) Lower seat/driver to reduce grip Front Axle 1) Start with 20mm spacers and hubs which are flush with inner edge of wheel 2) Front wider increases front grip Rear Axle 1) Start with hub-ends 15mm in from outer edge of axle 2) Thinner rear increases rear grip 3) Wider rear axle is more stable under braking 4) Wider rear axle is quicker on fast sweeping corners Rear Torsion Bar 1) Start with torsion bar at 45 degrees 2) Stiffer at back (torsion bar vertical) increases rear grip 3) Softer at back (torsion bar horizontal or removed) reduces rear grip |
